Cooking School
Our resident Chef will take guests on an interesting tour to a traditional Balinese marketplace for the purchase of fresh produce and indigenous herbs and spices. Back at the estate these ingredients will culminate into a delicious meal of Indonesian specialties that guests will help prepare. A certificate and recipe book will be presented upon completion.

Spa School Program
We will give guests the opportunity to discover the secrets of traditional Balinese healing and relaxation with a program that focuses on nurturing the body and soul. Learn how to prepare natural herbal body scrubs and identify the basic pressure techniques and finger strokes of traditional massage.

Island Cruising
Bali is an island completely surrounded by a vast body of sea; therefore marine tourism is a significant part of the tropical holiday experience. There is a variety day and evening day cruises to choose from including luxury powerboats, private charters, traditional sailing vessels to large catamaran’s that can hold up to 300 passengers. Day cruises venture to neighboring islands for a tour, lunch and then a selection of water sports, while evening cruises tend to circle the harbor and provide a romantic dinner setting for couples.

Island Touring
Bali is an entire island just waiting to be explored. It is impossible to see everything in just one day, but at Kayumanis we can tailor special tours designed to give insight on Bali’s artistic and cultural heritage. We will take guests on a journey through rural landscapes and stunning rice terraces to see ancient temples, volcanic peaks and other points of interest.

Golf
Bali is a golfer’s paradise and there are three major courses in diverse locations each with its own unique challenges and attributes. Bali Golf & Country Club is a superb 18-hole course set amidst tropical palms and coconut groves in Nusa Dua. Bali’s most impressive course is the Nirwana Bali Golf Club is an impressive course designed by legendary golfer Greg Norman. It takes in sweeping views of the Indian Ocean, the sacred Hindu sea temple of Tanah Lot. Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club is in the cool mountainous hills of Pancasari village. This demanding 18-hole course provides a welcome relief from Bali’s humid weather conditions.
Guests interested in playing a round or two only need to choose from the above courses and we will organize reservations, transportation and equipment rental.

The variety of shopping options in Bali is so varied that there is something that will appeal to every taste. Choose from air-conditioned shopping malls filled with designer boutiques, trendy home ware stores as well as traditional art market where you can barter hard for a bargain. An interesting day out is to visit the local artisans where you can see goods such as silver, handicrafts, paintings and sculptures being made. We will tailor-make personal tours to accommodate all of guests shopping requirements.

Hideaway Picnic Luncheon
The Kayumanis Hideaway Picnic Luncheon is an extraordinary experience where guests can appreciate the rural Balinese countryside. Guests will be transported to a secluded village hamlet on the outskirts of Ubud where life literally seems to have stood still for the past 20 years. Surrounded by amazing scenery, the timeless beauty of this area is simply breathtaking. A delicious gourmet luncheon is set up in a traditional Balinese pavilion where guests can leisurely savour this unique picnic sojourn.
